James has worked in the Financial Services industry since 1990, firstly in Banking with a major High Street Bank, where he became qualified as a Financial Adviser. In 2007 James left the Bank to set up NKT financial Solutions in Newmarket with his colleague Stuart Saunders to embrace the world of Independent Financial Advice allowing them to provide bespoke financial advice for their clients.

James has an extensive knowledge of all aspect of financial planning, and prides himself on being approachable for all his current and new clients, and being able to find solutions for their financial needs.

Sharon has worked in Financial Services for over 30 years, with her career starting at a major High Street bank and progressing to the financial advice sector in 2007. NKT Financial Solutions benefited from Sharon joining in 2012 to compliment the established team of advisers. She can advise on all areas of financial planning and works closely with the horseracing industries staff and their pensions.

Being an independent financial adviser has meant that Sharon is able to find the best possible result for sometimes complex requirements.

Rob has been working in the banking and financial services industry since 1989, initially working for a major UK bank as a Business Banking Manager then Senior Business Financial Adviser. In 2002 he was headhunted to a top international bank, where he worked in Wealth Management and latterly as the Regional Manager for financial planning in East Anglia. Rob’s main interests are in investment advice and business financial planning.

When not working he enjoys spending time with his young family and as a keen “foody” loves to cook and visit restaurants.
